Treasurer’s Report:
- Balance = $4057.94
- Total intake for last month $4728.89

General Business:
- Organization Status: Certificate of Charitable Trusts for State
passed. Grants may now by investigated through NH State Council of
the Arts.
- Thank Yous: Need to be written by Natalie Webster

2009 Classes:

Hello members and potential teachers,

I know there are some great art classes out there patiently waiting for someone to step forward and teach them! How about giving it a try for the summer or fall of 2009? You can pretty much determine the schedule.

The sooner we get the word out about our classes, the better chance they will have to fill up. Instructor Information Form for anyone who would like to teach a class to fill out. This will give me the information I need to get a brochure and other publicity out. If you would be interested in teaching this summer, please fill one out for each class you would like to teach and return it to me by May 1. For any fall classes, please fill out and return to me by June 1.

Thanks to all the CMAA teachers who have already taught classes. I am getting very positive feedback about our classes, and you are making it happen!

TREASURER'S REPORT:
Bank balance: $3,307 ($125 +/- on raffle;over $200 for sap lids)...some members have not paid enty fees for current show yet(please catch up)

EGG PROMO: Jeannette & Marilyn to approach local Mascoma Bank branches about lobby sales...Ro will make signs and flyers
GALLERY COMPUTER: Staples did free diagnostic and repair...Ro bought WIFI antenna and anti-virus software on sale

Gary & Jane have assumed coordination of show from Kathleen Peters(not well)

And a BIG THANK YOU to the Darlings for installing the Depot Square signs and to Barb. Mac and Jeannettee for the initiating and follow through for the project...little by little, they will knowm we exist!?!?!

We have two new Directors, new bylaws and a completed 1023 form for nonprofit application...ALL to be covered at very important monthly members meeting on Thursday, February 5th...6-8 pm at the gallery...try to attend!!!
